I needed the Dash Pancho quickly for a last minute trip to the Rubicon Trail. I called and spoke with the owner who immediately went down to UPS after we got off the phone. He got my order sent immediately and I received it in plenty of time. Great Customer Service. Thank you for getting me your product ASAP!

Received my top in a timely manner and was impressed that the box was not all beat up. But upon opening it there was damage to the H channel and after notifying Jon he sent a replacement out. It was as if the carrier threw their dolly on the box and dinged the channel. I would recommend the product to everyone and would purchase from the company again.

While at work, and I checked the weather multiple times, I had to quick run out during a short down pour. Sure the interior got wet with no doors and no top but it could have been much worse! Jeep dried out and was fine. Thx poncho! It was the first time I used it and literally took me no time to put it on
